“Thank you for all of the hard work that the staff has provided during Covid. In these hard times where we are all dealing with the residual impact of not being able to gather and live our lives “normally” the staff has effectively maintained opportunities for our loved ones to stay connected AND communicate about what they’re feeling. I truly appreciate the video updates from Rob. Reading a newsletter is informative but the videos really help to communicate all of the effort and thought that you’ve put into making the important decisions of how best to protect our loved ones.
