“I am moving to a new place and didn’t have tape yet. I brought my open box for shipping returns. They taped it for free! Didn’t say boo about it. Friendly service.
This is compared to when I went to FedEx out west last year and USPS back in another state on a short trip they each had me buy a roll both times. I was expecting the same here but was pleasantly surprised. I think I’ll stick with UPS if they continue to differentiate themselves positively.”

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”

“The UPS Store at 3465 Laurel Fort Meade Road is truly one of a kind. I go out of my way to handle all my mail and shipping needs here because the owners are exceptionally polite, honest, and friendly — they genuinely feel more like family than business owners.
As a small business owner myself, I especially appreciate how affordable and fair their personal mailbox prices are — not bank-breaking at all. The level of customer service and integrity you get here is rare these days.

“I'm amazed at all these negative reviews - this is my preferred post office (Main Street is awful, and Montpellier is always too crowded), never had a bad employee or an issue with service. Wait times are of course long during covid, but I'll still be treated better here than other locations.”
