I wanted to praise the staff here at the location, they were very patient with me. I have to give a special kudos to Zhane, she called twice to the branch manger for me to help me get my check cleared to pay for my auto loan. The compassion and kindness she gave me during the visit was truly appreciated.

Long waiting time unable to go to work waited forever poor customer service you left standing by yourself for a long time and no one come to help you . This branch needs to be closed anyway.

I completely understand the shift toward digital banking and the convenience of online services. However, the tall African-American woman with a ponytail in the red dress could have communicated that strategy more effectively. Instead, she came across as short, unprofessional, and dismissive.
When I inquired about the interest rate for a savings account, I didn’t expect her to know it off the top of her head, but I did expect an effort to find the answer. Instead, I was met with a response suggesting that I should check online, which gave the impression that my presence in the branch was an inconvenience.
Given this experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Capital one credit card company is a horrible credit card. I had a bunch of fraud done on my credit card and they do not want to respond or give me my credit back for this credit card that I have not done the transaction you call customer service and customer service is quick to tell you that the call may be monitored and recorded but once you tell them that you're recording the car to hang up on you, you're telling me that I have the authorization to record the phone call but then you hang up on me this credit card company is a piece of shit they should be out of business.
