“Everyone Loves LAX! Their life mission is to get you in & out. Excellent customer service, as they will let you know what's trending & getting good feedback, and what will get you the best buck for your bang. They also have drink samples sometimes during the afternoon time. Bargain wise there is no competition, as they have the best prices in the D.M.V. Even compared to all the wholesale retailers (Costco, BJS, Sam's etc.) The area is a bit sketchy, as it's in the heart of the hood. Advice for out of towners: mind yours & stick to the task at hand & you'll be straight!! Parking is tight, especially at night & even worse on the weekends. So my suggestion is that you do your haul earlier in the day!”
“I love this place and make it a point to stop by and load up every time I'm in the area. They are priced better than the army base. I wish they had shopping carts but the place is too small and would not make sense. they are super helpful and the price makes it worth the trip. Highly recommended.”

“Wow!! Skips is a nice liquor store in the neighborhood that has been there for a very long time at one time there was a crowd of folks that hung around the store all day begging for money but they have cleaned it up and you feel much safer going there now”
“I love this place and I'm so glad I found it. I was using the usual delivery apps for alcohol delivery during Covid restrictions but since MD put back the law of no across state line alcohol deliveries recently (which was temporarily halted due to Covid restrictions) and I'm on the cusp of D.C., I haven't been able to order any alcohol via ubereats, doordash, or even GoPuff because all alcohol delivery locations that show are up are in D.C. This place is amazing since it delivers in PG county. Delivery driver was nice and I got a free wine opener kit!!”

“Solid place to wager on the Race2Riches horses of the D.C. Lottery. The store also has a good selection of liquor and beer. From nips to handles, you will likely find what you need. I just wish the store opened earlier, but I understand the employees work long hours and need some down time. I know I do. The store has a growler station. I asked if instead of using a growler, I could just put my mouth under the nozzle and guzzle the craft beer. The employee told me the growler station wasn't working that day. So I will take that as a yes!”
“I've been here once and was pleased with their selection and prices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. That said, ordering from their website didn't work well. Items that were shown as available weren't in stock and my order was cancelled. Items I found in store weren't on the website. I'd recommend just going and not using the website. I will definitely go to them again for more purchases.”

“I came here for a Patron, Don Julio and Black Label tasting with my friend and the staff were very friendly and inviting. We got to try the Patron Anejo and Patron Resposado in a margarita shot. We both bought a bottle of patron each as part of the promotion and got a bottle of Deleon and Black Label engraved. We will definitely be back.”

“Always passed by and never went in. It is funny how you don't Pat attending to things until you actually need them. Locate in Largo- can't remember the name of the shopping center but it's been there since I was a tiny human. I don't think the sign says Kettering Liquors but simply Liquors. Quaint inside which I dig. I can't stand liquor stores because I don't have the patience to look for what I want. Didn't have that problem here as everything I needed was behind the register. Score! I was in and out in a flash. The staff there were great and super attentive. Prices are in par with other stores in the area, I'll be back.”
