Always "oversold" when ever i book and don't call till an hour before. While customer reps said they have inventory. It's always the same issue try to book somewhere else if you can

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I watched the African guy at the front be extremely rude to the 2 customers in front of me that were trying to figure out a way home, so that already made me apprehensive about being next. He turned them away without any compassion and then when I went up to the counter, he was extremely rude to me…. Not surprised. I ended up not even getting a car, but the customer service was terrible.

I can’t believe all of the negative reviews! Trisana i(spelling) is by far the best agent I have worked with at Avis! As a frequent renter-I’d rather go to her location and only go to another when she does not have availability. She calls if there is a delay. Her customer service is top tier!

Always in and out really fast. Customer service is always on point. I've been renting a cars for about 2 months now and have not had a single issue. If you're trying to decide between Avis or Enterprise across the street, Come Here. The deposit cheaper and the people are much more personal.

By far the worst Avis rental location. The car odometer and gas readying was inaccurate. Someone obviously left food in the car over night or transported animals in it. The car smelled like dead goat. Attendant not help and had a very nasty disposition. I sprayed Lysol and deodorizer but the smell was not different finally had to switch the car at the airport delaying my trip. I’m calling a meeting to change companies. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE RENT WITH AVIS

I was nervous to rent from here due to all the negative reviews but my experience was decent.The lady who helped me was okay. I didn't want any coverage but she did suggest to get partial coverage. I had no issues using a debit card and what I was pre-authorized to be charge was my exact final charges.I gave three stars because I had to sign the agreement before I had a chance to check out the car. I read everything and was concerned because the contract showed the car mileage and how much gas was in the car but I couldn't confirm until I signed.The contract listed the tank was full but when I got to the car it was not. So I asked where in writing would that be documented in the event I encountered another person who only saw what was in the contract. The rep had another slip with her to document any damages and actual amount of gas.Also the vehicle I was given had a broken speedometer. I'd be driving 40mph and the speedometer would read 90mph. Then on the highway going 65 it would read 140.Final charges were exactly what I was quoted for and the $200 deposit was returned. I'd rent from Avis again but probably the airport locations since the inventory at this particular location is low.

Came in no one acknowledged me for 20min, even after I loudly knocked on the door. Lady in the front rude as hell!Further more doesn’t understand the concept that people save things on their virtual wallet. Update your website stating a physical license is required & virtual ID’s aren’t accepted. & get someone who is attentive & has some customer service training in front.

If I could give it a 0 I would have. I reserved a car a month ago for tomorrow morning at 8:30 am. Got a call after 5pm tonight that they wouldn’t have anything for me until after noon tomorrow with no specifics on what time that would actually be. When I explained that I had an schedule that I needed to keep due to having to be in Florida for my brothers wedding the lady blew me off told me I was out of luck and wouldn’t even assist with any type of alternative ideas. Never again!!! Lost a customer for life.
