I was immediately greeted and added to a queue. The wait was longer than anticipated. However, G was thorough in their explaining options so that I could make an informed decision on a larger purchase. The kids enjoyed looking at Legos and tv’s.

The staff are very considerate. I had a problem with my cell phone, and a staff member of the Geek Squad fixed it. I recommend the Geek Squad at Best Buy.
