I purchased a car at Sheehy in late December of 2024. The temporary plates expired in late February so when they didn't arrive after 6 weeks I called Sheehy to ask what was going on. I was told to call MVA (the State Motor Vehicle Administration). I made an appointment and went into MVA the date my temporary plates expired. I had to pay to obtain a new set of plates and a copy of my title. When I looked at the title I saw it was incorrect and omitted my spouse as co-owner. I called Sheehy again and asked to speak with someone from the title department. That agent mentioned the plates were actually at their front desk and someone should have called me. She did not know why my title was incorrectly processed. I do not appreciate the waste of time and energy correcting the errors of this dealership.

I love the friendly advisors and the amazing items at the caffe which always have entertainment on but the flow of dropping off and picking could be a bit better but it’s a 4.5 for me ❤️

I dropped the car off for my appointment. After 3 hours, I went to pick it up. It was in line to go through the car wash but I had them pull it. Their customer service is nice…it was just too busy that day.

I got service done here and it was fine but afterwards they wouldn't stop contacting me about my service. Emails, texts, asking me to call them, etc. Don't harass customers.

My overall experience at Sheehy was good. I was a little disappointed that the representative that was initially handling my order did not inform me that he went to a new department and someone else would be handling the final sale. I was supposed to be contacted when the car left the factory so I could have my trade in appraised for a quicker process. I was contacted the day the car made it to the final destination, so I felt rushed to get to the dealership. The salesman was very professional but my car was not inspected or cleaned until after I arrived at the dealership so the process took longer than I wanted. Overall I would buy again at Sheehy but will make sure my car is ready to go when I show up with a check.

Avoid Sheehy Toyota of Laurel at all costs. Their practices are extremely questionable.

I had a FANTASTIC experience here. And that was with the help of the lovely and handsome salesman’s Jeremy. He helped me in so many ways and he was just overall amazing. He’s polite AND handsome! I would recommend Jeremy for ALL car sales! But younger woman stay away. Buy a car that’s it. I claimed the salesman.

Janell was very professional and helpful. She did an amazing job of helping me out and was very patient with me since I clearly didn't know what I was doing and what I needed. She helped me get what I needed and get a ride home as well as back. She was awesome.
