Finally, a teller identified as #051 was praised for their customer service in finding a way to provide funds when the customer had forgotten their wallet, demonstrating the "old school way" of treating people. Spoke to a rude gentleman named Lawrence at the Laurel branch who told me that even though I called hours before they closed there was absolutely no available time for me to open a checking account today. If it takes only thirty minutes to open an account why are you sending me through so much to open an account???

Worst experience ever. I came here to resolve an account issue and the lady made me read the letter that I brought with me as if I can’t read the letter. Closed the account today.
