“I normally hate going to electronic repair places, and distrust the mall - stall ones even less. However, this place was quick, friendly, communicative (called me twice at normal times to update me on my repair timeline), and fairly priced (about 220 for a broken laptop screen). Karen in particular was fantastic and I will absolutely be coming back if I need electronics serviced again.”

“She was very kind and friendly explained everything to me. but he did give me some bad news he said that I needed a new air conditioner system. But while he was here, I went up and felt my vents and I realized that I was getting cold air coming out. So I thought he fixed it when actually he just did a diagnostic. And he told me just to keep the fan running because I had leaks and corrosion and all sorts of issues. So I realize the next morning because I had put two window air conditioners in that I was freezing, so I turned those air conditioners down. And I realized I was still freezing so I turned them off for a while, we Are having quite a heat wave right now temperature feeling like 112 outside. So I went up and felt my vents again and my air conditioner is working so it must’ve been my error, not turning the fan or something on. I don’t know what happened. But my air conditioner is working, but I’m told that I have all sorts of problems and I need a new one. My warranty company is not paying for anything because they said I didn’t keep up with my maintenance on my air conditioner, which is not right. I do every year. It’s been there for 26 years and I’ve never had to get a new one as of yet. I know that a 26 year-old air conditioner has been maintained, don’t you think? But as of now it is still working. He never even tried to fix it. so he was a nice man, but I think I’ve got some wrong information.”

“Had a Lenovo Chromebook that was lose from one of the hinges and went here to fix it. What we thought was a simple fix turned to over three weeks of troubleshooting. They were very transparent and open about how the roadblocks, what they were going to do, and to just call weekly for updates. Finally, they told me how they went through 2 motherboards and a donor laptop to get mine finally working! These guys are honest about the process and charges for their service, worked with them for the best action to help, and fulfilled their work. That’s an effort worth making a review for.”
