“I had my Samsung galaxy S22 ultra charging port replaced with Francis after another local cell phone repair had a mistake to where the charging port was lose but Francis was very knowledgeable and fixed it amazingly and was able to diagnose that it was charging port and not a whole new housing that i need to replace. He is also very polite and great to work with & he knows what he is doing”

“On June 25th, my cell phone was disconnected in error instead of an old device as requested. I was unable to get a live customer service representative by phone for 2 hours, and another Verizon store offered little help for my issue. Within 15 minutes of arriving at the Laurel store, Favour Fatusin made the right connections, restored my service, and the correct device was disconnected. He was also very knowledgeable about products that my family needed. Well done!”

“I answered wrong on the first question. I was and still am very satisfied with Yeabu's service. And I believe that she is a benefit to that store she was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient while helping me navigate the issues pertaining to my situation. And made it a less burdensome experience.”

“I was having a serious issue withy elderly mother's phone in Florida. After 2 hours on the phone, a customer service supervisor gave me instructions to walk into my nearest MetroPCS so that they could fix it. I walked into this store and promptly fell out with Alexa, who initially (and understandably) was upset. They had really set her up! But she rebounded quickly and got to work on my behalf even though it was not her issue and there was nothing she could do and I didn't want to hear it, lol! She became my advocate in the fight to resolve my issue so far away, and I couldn't thank her enough! Alexa's the one!”

“The target location in Laurel is clean and is usually fully stocked of items. This store is extremely crowded on the weekends and I would suggest shopping here during the weekdays or doing drive up services for your convenient. This location has several convenient drive-up spaces for those who have the target app. I usually wait no longer than five minutes at the most for my items, especially when I tell the app I'm in route. The drive-up app is the best feature ever.”
