“I was having a serious issue withy elderly mother's phone in Florida. After 2 hours on the phone, a customer service supervisor gave me instructions to walk into my nearest MetroPCS so that they could fix it. I walked into this store and promptly fell out with Alexa, who initially (and understandably) was upset. They had really set her up! But she rebounded quickly and got to work on my behalf even though it was not her issue and there was nothing she could do and I didn't want to hear it, lol! She became my advocate in the fight to resolve my issue so far away, and I couldn't thank her enough! Alexa's the one!”
