The service center is skilled and renders great services, including transmission service, inspections, and repairs for issues like a ripped CV axle or a stuck sunroof. They are so much cheaper than the dealership and can often complete work the same day. The team provides excellent customer service, sometimes addressing additional items at no cost and uploading reports to CarFax. They also provide a loaner car during service. For Mercedes owners, it is a good spot with good service, highly recommended.

They take really good care of you as a customer. I came for a transmission service and told Joel that I would also like a cabin air filter replacement. He took care of the cabin air filter at no cost and uploaded the service report on carfax. They are so much cheaper than the dealership
