I was told by my local vet that they would need to sedate her and it would cost hundreds of dollars ($400). I was told by Petsmart and Banfield that she needed to be medicated and it would cost over a hundred dollars. If you have a pet that needs grooming, these people are AMAZING with animals. I am impressed every single year. They handle my cats better than I can. She did not hiss, scratch, bite or cry - calm the entire time. I trust them. Highly recommended. Please tip if you can. They are worth it.

I called Spay Now, and they were able to accommodate him immediately. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was compassionate, kind, and responsive.
Dr. Lewis is an exceptionally skilled surgeon. She completed the surgery promptly and personally called me afterward to let me know that the procedure had been successful and to provide an update on my dog’s condition and follow-up care.
The administrative staff, veterinary technicians, and doctors were all outstanding. I genuinely believe my dog would not be alive today without their care. In addition to providing exceptional treatment, their pricing was affordable, and we were sent home with his prescription medications and clear, detailed aftercare instructions.
I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Lewis and the entire Spay Now team for saving my dog’s life. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Brenner Animal Hospital
10100 Washington Boulevard North, LaurelAlthough Brenner is not our normal animal hospital, they helped our family in our time of need. Our senior cat was having difficulty breathing and was slowing down, but our regular vet was out of town at a conference. We were able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Auclair and she was incredibly helpful with us as we navigated putting our cat to sleep. She communicated clearly and compassionately, was reasonable with the examination necessary (an x-ray which revealed serious medical issues that we were not aware of), and was flexible with accommodating our boy and us while administering the medicine. The veterinary technicians were outstanding as well, handling the challenging situation with our cat expertly. The techs, including Chris, were super understanding and supportive after our cat passed. Everyone was compassionate and tactful, even Krystal who has the unfun job of handling billing before the putting-down process, sharing us her own passed kitty’s ashes she keeps nearby at her desk. A week later, we have received his ashes back in the most thoughtful way. Cannot recommend this staff enough. They were amazing, thank you again so much for your help in helping our precious cat cross the rainbow bridge.

Bowie was my first introduction to PJ's and then I visited Columbia, and finally I had the opportunity to try Laurel.
Overall Im satisfied with all Locations and their services.
Sometimes it can be slower than norm but overall each employee does their best to service the customer
Their Velvet Ice and Iced White Chocolate Latte are two of my favorite to recommend.
If you ever are in the area, or you are looking for a new coffee house to try.
