6181 Old Dobbin Lane Suite 800, ColumbiaI usually go to a different Petco but they were temp out of a fish I was looking for. I’ve had fish from Petco that have lasted 5 years and going strong. The lady in the fish dept was cleaning a tank but kindly said hello and welcomed me in , asking if I needed help. I was excited to see the exact Cory’s and tetras I wanted. I didn’t get her name but she had an accent and was extremely knowledgeable about aquatics. The tanks were super clean and very well maintained. I loved the selection of everything and the awesome customer service I received from her as well as cashier. . Definitely coming back for more!

5457 Twin Knolls Rd Suite 300, ColumbiaToday our boy Kevin went to Cassie for a nail trim. We have been working very hard with him to be successful with nail trims but he still has been struggling. Earlier this week I brought him to a different spa and they said they couldn’t handle him. I told Cassie he is a handful when I booked and she said she would do it. Cassie confidently took Kevin back with her and successfully cut his nails in less than ten minutes. She gave him lots of love while clipping his nails. We will most definitely be back! Thank you again for helping Kevin feel comfortable and making this a positive experience!

? Small local vet I can get to within 5 minutes! I believe they unfortunately only have 2 (?) rooms per patient. So this means wait time here might be a bit longer than normal if not busy. Yet, it’s pretty cozy and homey.
? Everyone seems pretty friendly and they are very patient with my cats skittish nature.
?I haven’t had issues yet with them!

He can be reactive to other dogs sometimes and the clinic took extra steps to make sure he was comfortable and away from other dogs. She’s a German shepherd with anxiety and the assistants, vets and all the works, work so well with her. there’s never been a moment in which i was worried on how they might treat my canine especially since she’s a bigger bread and has been very mistreated in the past! I appreciate their patience and kindness to me and to my pup very much! If you’re looking for a safe space for your animal with knowledgeable vets this is the place to go to!!

A dog that is scared of noises, smells, people, dogs, shadows, and everything else, has no quality of life. Medications help but they do not change behavior. We've been on that long, sometimes draining journey with our Aussie-Lab mix pup, Freyja. We searched for awhile for a place that offered positive, fear-free, training for our dog in the DMV area and came across the Kranky Knine (KK9) classes at the Coventry School for Dogs. Liz, Emily and Julia have been a lifeline!
We have taken 3 KK9 classes since Feb 2026. Even from the first meeting time, we started seeing glimpses of the dog we know she can be and that those tiny improvements gave us so much hope. As time progressed, a moment that really stands out was when Freyja actually tried to get closer to the dogs and their pawents. She didn't meet them, but she wanted to. We have also noticed real improvements in the hallway and elevator (one of our biggest daily battles). She's starting to move away from scary monsters (aka dogs and people) more easily, and her outbursts aren't as intense or frequent as before. That said, it's still a struggle. And the elevator is still a major challenge. Our neighbors are understandably tired of her reactivity, and we feel that pressure every day.
But through all of it, the KK9 team has been in our corner. Liz has been a wonderful advocate for our dog. Liz took the time to write a detailed note to our behavioral vet after we finished our first KK9 class, which helped shape Freyja's treatment plan in a meaningful way. And the ongoing support from Liz, Emily, and Julia, has made all the difference.
We know recovery is a long road, but thanks to this team, we're finally walking it with more confidence and less fear. Our journey with a reactive dog has become easier with these kind people who helped us move forward, one small victory at a time. We are eternally grateful!!!

I wanted to get him around other dogs in a neutral space with structure. I never expected to see such a positive shift in his training. The tools and techniques they give you are a GAME CHANGER. They gave me the confidence I needed to become a fair and predictable leader that my dog can trust. I have already recommended the class to multiple friends with young dogs and I plan on taking more classes with them! I could not be happier with the outcome. The food is definitely a bit pricey compared to other Thai restaurants but the quality is what makes the price worth it. I definitely recommend their crabmeat fried rice, the best fried rice I’ve ever had!!

Their red sangria is pretty good, made with blackberry moonshine which you don’t see at most spots. Tried their aviation cocktail as well- it’s made with cherry liqueur so has a reddish color, wasn’t bad though I prefer the classic version. The small plates were a bit pricey, though a decent portion- had the arepa and crab orzo, both tasted great and couldn’t finish either of them- 2 small plates gets you the equivalent of an entree portion. My husband tried the chicken Alfredo pasta, it wasn’t bad but the Alfredo sauce was thin and watery instead of creamy. Ordered bread on the side and it was some sort of crumbly bread which made it hard to dip in the oil. Service was good.
