Two ladies in there were very nice this one lady, I wish I got her name, but she was very helpful. Not only did she explained to me which boots would work for my type of job. She explain to me the care you have to take for your boots to be sustainable. I never knew you had to oil your boots . She taught me that.

Although the boots I wanted had to be ordered, the customer service was outstanding. The clerk managed my request very smoothly while tending to another client that arrived before I did.
