“Mannnn Shout out to the Good folks at Footage society, I’ve bought, Sold and traded shoes there. Today i had Footage Society Authenticate/Look-over 2 pairs of shoes that I had bought from somewhere else... the owners of Footage society checked out my shoes free of charge !! I tried to offer them money and lunch ! but they refused... long story short i love this store, they treat you like family and they have a great shoe selection of all sizes and styles. I highly recommend that you pull up on them and check out their store !”

“This location is conveniently located in the heart of the City Of laurel. It’s next to frequently shopped stores and restaurants. They have a great selection of shoes for men, women, and children, and accessories in the front by the cash registers.”

“I made a purchase from this store because the "other shoe store" across the street doesn't understand "customer service" enough for me to spend my money there. I was greeted with a hello and how my I help you? Nike Goadome, black, size 9.5 please. He disappeared and promptly returned with my shoe of choice. I said "I dont mean to trouble you, but could you also bring me another 9.5 in the blue too, They're on sale." Again he disappeared and promptly returned with my shoe. Check out was easy, got my military discount and left happy with my purchase. Whoever the manager is, please continue to train your staff on customer service" because it's working. Just by saying hello and how may I help you, I was mentally thinking "take my money" you earned that s#!+. :-)”

“I needed a new pair of boots for the upcoming season. Red Wing corporate chat told me the boot I wanted was at the Laurel, MD store in size 12. This was my lucky day. I needed a size 12. When I arrived at the store, the associate, Eugene, informed me that he had no such boot, and that I would have to travel to the Waldorf, MD store if I wanted THAT style. Waldorf is an hour and a half away, even by sleigh. Eugene and I decided I should try on a similar boot in size 12, just to make sure I was not making the trip for nothing. The 2230 boot I tried on is $60 more than the boot I wanted. Eugene understood my overall frustration. Eugene offered to close the store and drive to get the boots for me himself. (Not really.) Then, Eugene offered to give me the boots for free. (Not really.) Anyway, I did end up purchasing those $300 boots because of Eugene's sincere understanding and professionalism. Would I buy the boots again? Yes, but probably only from Eugene. The brass buckles are being attached to the boots now. Thanks, Eugene. You are definitely on my Good List!”
