They do not open on time. They posted “will be back by 1045am thank you”.
How can they “be back” if they never opened?
I watched 2 other customers come and then leave when they saw the store was not open at the posted time.
I hope this store manager enjoyed his extra 45 minutes of sleep while he lost 3 customers.
Never coming back

I took my son here for his first pair of work boots because the name Red Wing is synonymous with quality and hard work. I was worried about this store because the Google ratings weren’t as high as others, but it is the closet to our house. Hazel did a wonderful job fitting him into his boots and advising him on the best pair for his work. She was knowledgeable on current OSHA regulations as well as the various methods of reimbursement. Great job- you have another customer for life now!

The young lady in the store was very abrupt and not helpful at all. Really wanted to purchase a pair of boots but her laziness, lack of effort, and poor attitude towards me had me just leave. Sorry Red Wing, but management needs to buy a better representative for the face of their establishment.

Throw the whole store away. As a blue collar worker this isn't for you. Don't waste your precious time coming to this store. I was better off ordering BURNT boots and waiting knowing I'm not wasting my time.

They were not open at the time their front door and the internet said they should be. Late to open. I wanted to make an early purchase and couldn't. U professional in my opinion.

If your looking for a small selection of work boots, this place is for you. I wish that they advertised that it's a small store with minimal selection. If you are looking for a large redwing store, go to Glen Burnie. Parking was a nightmare. Extremely hard to get out.

I had received a coupon from Red Wings e news letter. I tried to use it at the Laurel center store located in Laurel Maryland. The mgr. Claim the email was fake and said that it would not be honored. I have never felt so disappointed and disrespected in my life. I might return the boots I purchased. That was my experience.

I still have the boots I bought from this store a year ago. The sales staff advised me on how to treat them and how often, and I’m happy that my boots are holding up well. I’ve been in a few times since and the staff have always been super helpful and knowledgeable, especially Eugene. The Laurel store has a great selection of boots, socks, and insoles.

I needed a new pair of boots for the upcoming season. Red Wing corporate chat told me the boot I wanted was at the Laurel, MD store in size 12. This was my lucky day. I needed a size 12. When I arrived at the store, the associate, Eugene, informed me that he had no such boot, and that I would have to travel to the Waldorf, MD store if I wanted THAT style. Waldorf is an hour and a half away, even by sleigh. Eugene and I decided I should try on a similar boot in size 12, just to make sure I was not making the trip for nothing. The 2230 boot I tried on is $60 more than the boot I wanted. Eugene understood my overall frustration. Eugene offered to close the store and drive to get the boots for me himself. (Not really.) Then, Eugene offered to give me the boots for free. (Not really.) Anyway, I did end up purchasing those $300 boots because of Eugene's sincere understanding and professionalism. Would I buy the boots again? Yes, but probably only from Eugene. The brass buckles are being attached to the boots now. Thanks, Eugene. You are definitely on my Good List!
