This branch it's exceptional at two things :Slow and slower no tellers and drive thru is never open must well take the drive thru sign offManagers watch ppl stand inline wrapping around the door not offer any help.Slowest Truist in Laurel bring a camping chair while you wait to be help #Truist

If I could rate lower I would. Knowbody servicing the drive through. Found only one teller working, I felt sorry for him.

I don’t have an account with this bank , I went to this branch to ask a question (I was planning to open an account but change my mind after the cashier talked to me so rude ! She needs to take a customer service intensive class lady
