The customer service is great ! However the lines are always long . They only have 1-2 people working all the time . My suggestion is that they need more workers

If I can leave 0 stars I would . I’m writing this review as I’m in the line with 15+ people & one person working at the clerk desk. Just shut this location down at this point.

This USPS location is horrible. My package was supposed to be delivered to my home on 8/18/25, and I believe it required a signature. No one was home at the time, and the carrier claimed a notice was left on my door for failed delivery. However, after checking my Ring camera, the carrier never left a notice. I went to the post office the next day (8/19/25) to retrieve my package, but the front desk staff was no help and could not locate it. Instead, I was given the delivery supervisor’s phone number, but no one answers the phone. Very frustrating experience—still no resolution Smh.

Although they can be a little slow, the old guy that helped me was very nice and helpful. Good energy from him, he helped me send a package.

Every time I'm forced to come here this place always has a 30 minute line. Plan to be here at opening or don't come at all. How hard is it to flex a worker to the front to alleviate the line... SMH

DO NOT DROP PACKAGES AT THIS LOCATION WITHOUT INSURANCE **AND** GETTING A RECEIPT OF ACCEPTANCE.
Too many packages mysteriously disappear from this branch. Stand in line. Get the receipt. Yes, I'm aware only one person will be behind the counter. Yes, I'm aware the line goes out the DOOR. Yes, it will take an hour. Get the receipt anyway, or find a different branch.

I thought it was a good post until I really needed something. Paid fir new mailbox keys. I was told 3-4 days. It took 2 months. I was told they have the mail for the past month still no mail here.

Online and front door says full service open 8am. Was there about 810 and they were NOT open for full service. Several others there as well wondering why they were not open at the time they say.

This place is a joke- They do not follow the business hours. I came on 6/4 at 4pm and the store was closed because everyone was on lunch break. However, closing hours is 5pm. Back on 6/5 at 8am and it is currently 8:20 and no one is here. Hours are M-F 8am-5pm. There’s about 10 people in line and no one to be seen. This is unacceptable

Sometimes the wait time is long. On Thursday May 29, 2025, the counter service closed over 20 minutes early prior to 4:40 pm. Such early closings should not be allowed except in case of an emergency. For PO Box access and other self services, open 24/7.

This post office is consistently a frustrating experience. After standing in line for 40 minutes, the clerk decided to close right as I was next — without even knowing if someone else was coming to replace him or how long it would be. His response was simply, “I don't know how long we will be closed. Try another post office.” That says it all.
This isn’t a one-time issue either. The lines are always long, usually with only one clerk working, and the service is painfully slow. On top of that, the staff often have bad attitudes and act like they’re doing you a favor just for showing up.
To make matters worse, even the self-service options don't work — the machine is regularly broken to weigh your own packages, and the package drop box hasn't been in use for years, so you’re forced to wait in line even just to drop off prepaid packages.
I try to avoid this location whenever I can. It’s poorly managed, under-staffed, and not customer-friendly at all.
