“I highly recommend Rocky Gorge for emergency treatment and any surgical procedure your animal needs. Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital is an economical piece of heaven filled with talented, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, beyond friendly and truly remarkable angels. My dog was seriously injured in an accident and needed a difficult orthopedic surgery. Dr. Morris, who also performed my family dog's ACL surgery, performed my dogs fractured humerus surgery exceeding well, especially given its level of difficulty, while being extremely conscientious of the cost to the customer. They have been a Godsend in performing my dogs difficult surgery while giving her the best care I could ask for, using a laser to close up her wounds after surgery, and doing this all with the foundation in mind to make it as affordable to the client as possible for example not charging me for suture removal. They provided an estimate that included a low end and high end of the procedure, and I always felt that they followed a code of ethics that I never felt like my dogs care and treatment was being exploited and capitalized on but the very opposite. I'm so grateful for Rocky Gorge because they took beyond exceptional care for my dog during surgeries and procedures and made it so without leaving me in years of debt. Thank you to the incredible orthopedic surgeon Dr. Morris, and all the staff, technicians and pharmacists that help set my mind at ease during the extremely difficult time for me going through a serious accident with my dog. I am beyond blessed for the angels and the immaculate, detailed surgeries, procedures and post-op care they provided for not only my dog, but myself as well!”

“I owe Dr. Brenner and his amazing team SO SO much! I live in West Laurel and Thanksgiving of 2022 or 23 I had noticed my little kitty (Her name is Pepper) was breathing pretty rapidly and labored. At that time my normal vet was Rocky Gorge right off Brooklyn Bridge. I took her there, they said oh it’s nothing… a few days passed and it seemed like it was getting a bit worse, we took her there as an urgent visit and again they said that it’s nothing and that she’s probably just stressed. I can’t remember if we had taken her one more time there or not but after a final attempt with rocky I decided to go somewhere else urgently otherwise our cat was going to die. I was measuring her heart rate at about double the normal resting rates for cats was and I knew my cat better than anyone else and she was not ok. Took her to Brenner and within minutes he noticed she was not ok and asked to do an MRI or some scan of that sort to check on her organs. Turned out she was having bad untreated asthma attacks and her lungs were severely swollen. He gave her an inhaler along with a few antibiotics and she eventually got back to normal. If I had taken her any later, she could have passed away. And because of that I am super grateful at the whole team and Brenner animal hospital. Since then I’ve transferred my normal vet services for my cat and dog over to Brenner and I’ve been so so so happy since then. They’re always fast and can actually diagnose animals correctly. The vets there are incredibly gentle and passionate with the animals. They managed to cut my cats nails lol (Rocky Gorge was never able to).

“Excellent place for pet care, I don't like the fact that I dropped off my dogs at 8 am and picked them up at 3 pm, and the dogs are not fed, given water, or walked. My babies are not used to that.”
