Dr. Lewis is an exceptionally skilled surgeon. She completed the surgery promptly and personally called me afterward to let me know that the procedure had been successful and to provide an update on my dog’s condition and follow-up care.

The administrative staff, veterinary technicians, and doctors were all outstanding. I genuinely believe my dog would not be alive today without their care. In addition to providing exceptional treatment, their pricing was affordable, and we were sent home with his prescription medications and clear, detailed aftercare instructions.

“Although Brenner is not our normal animal hospital, they helped our family in our time of need. Our senior cat was having difficulty breathing and was slowing down, but our regular vet was out of town at a conference. We were able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Auclair and she was incredibly helpful with us as we navigated putting our cat to sleep. She communicated clearly and compassionately, was reasonable with the examination necessary (an x-ray which revealed serious medical issues that we were not aware of), and was flexible with accommodating our boy and us while administering the medicine. The veterinary technicians were outstanding as well, handling the challenging situation with our cat expertly. The techs, including Chris, were super understanding and supportive after our cat passed. Everyone was compassionate and tactful, even Krystal who has the unfun job of handling billing before the putting-down process, sharing us her own passed kitty’s ashes she keeps nearby at her desk. A week later, we have received his ashes back in the most thoughtful way. Cannot recommend this staff enough. They were amazing, thank you again so much for your help in helping our precious cat cross the rainbow bridge.”
