Received my vehicle in top tier shape and air park ensured my insurance didn’t cut corners and all parts used for the repair were brand new. “Mike was amazing! This has to be the best, most transparent and inexpensive car appointment I’ve had. As a woman, when dealing with car issues, I always feel slighted or price gouged as it is not my area of expertise but my experience here was very caring, transparent and honest. He explained all the details of my car without bogus words to confuse me, highlighted which needs were immediate and which were not as pressing and made it all clear. I was very touched by the care and kindness I received I offered to tip on my service but they don’t even take tips wow ?! can’t name many places like that!

“I just have to say, the team at Han's Auto Body is absolutely top-notch. I recently had my 2025 Cadillac Optiq in for some work, and the experience was just fantastic from start to finish. Paul and Julio, in particular, were amazing. They kept me completely up to date on everything that was going on with my car.
We had weekly check-ins, which was so helpful for setting expectations and understanding the timeline. They were also total pros at dealing with my insurance company and so knowledgeable on the whole process. I basically didn't have to do a thing. It took so much stress off my plate.
Even with all the huge backorders for auto parts happening right now, the team at Han's was honest and set realistic expectations. That made planning my life around the repair so much easier.
And when I picked my car up, it looked amazing! They even waxed it, which was such a nice touch and greatly appreciated.

“I would like to give a raving review to Karen Kliaz! He assisted me with the purchase of my used 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I live out of state and found the vehicle on the dealership website. Karen responded to my inquiry immediately and answered all my questions promptly and diligently. He coordinated all of my paperwork ahead of time, so when I flew in a couple of days later, everything was prepared and ready to go.

When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”

I began using CAPR approximately two years ago on the recommendation of a trusted friend. I started with routine maintenance. I am consistently pleased with the ease and promptness of securing appointments. I always receive thorough explanations of what work needs immediate attention as well as the identification of future work that may be necessary. All information is communicated by the patient and friendly team in terms that I clearly understand.
I recently had need for body work; my first and only call was to CARP. I was able to immediately schedule an inspection of the damage at which time I was presented with repair options. By the end of the day, I received a thorough written estimate via email. When I confirmed I wanted to proceed with the body work, I was informed that the team had already checked the availability of the parts needed which expedited the ability to schedule the repair. “I went to ATCO tire for the first time last week, Hoping they would give me an estimate on my 21 year-old RAV4, which needed some serious work. They took me in right away and in 24 hours were able to give me an honest assessment of what it would take to fix the car. Given the car’s age they recommended finding someone who could well together the parts of the exhaust system that were falling apart rather than paying for the whole Kit N Caboodle, which would be very expensive. They didn’t charge me a penny, and I appreciated their service and honesty. I will definitely go back there not just for tires for other repairs as well. Thank you, ATCO!”
