My car was ready on Friday instead of Monday—much earlier than promised. Since I had to leave the country, I truly appreciated how quickly they completed the repairs. They even waited an extra hour after the shop had closed so I could pick it up after work before my departure. That level of customer service and consideration truly meant a lot to me.

“I found this place after a few places wanted to charge me over 200$ just to diagnose my AC not working during this heat wave. I called them and they quoted me 50 bucks for it. All the employees are nice but Monica really stood out. They called to have me picked up by the car rental company and made sure when I came to pick up my vehicle I was in and out in 15 minutes because I was on my lunch break.
I dropped tge rental off to them and they called and had them come to the shop to pick it up.”

“This is a great dealership / service center for Alfas. I was impressed with the service and their accommodation. The drive from Towson to Germantown is not great but it is worth it to be able to take your car to a dealership that you trust. I ran here (with an appointment) when my check engine light popped on and they diagnosed it as the multi air which needed replaced. It is typically a day and a half repair but they were so kind when they learned that I was from out of town and squeezed me in before the end of the day to complete the job. They have courtesy cars (unfortunately all in use when I was there) and a local shuttle which can drive you anywhere in the local area (outlets, restaurants, Starbucks coffee shops) while you wait. Pai was my service representative and he was professional and extremely helpful. They answered all my questions calmly and clearly. Recommend this dealership!”

“I am giving you a five star review because I feel I need to atone for the unspeakable things I did in the the bathroom there many years ago. I usually use the bucket in my truck when I get stuck on 270, but did not have her with me that day (it's a she for obvious reasons), and so I jutted off quickly, pulled into the station, crab walked up and got the key from the attendant. At which point I proceeded to paint the walls. It must have been something I ate, but there was no way I was sticking around after that. I slunk away shamefully. And that guilt has eaten away at me for years, and I hope this review helps to hopefully settle the karma hit from that day. Thank you for your service.”
