We still remember the first time when we took our dog for an overall check up, which was the 2nd day after we adopted her from an animal shelter. She was about 6-weeks old, and Dr. Greta nicknamed her the little wriggling worm as she was all excited and wouldn't stay still! Ever since then, Dr. Greta has been taking good care of her! The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful, too! I strongly recommend this hospital !”

“Animal Place has been amazing. Nobody likes spending a grand on multiple vet services. It’s necessary sometimes. Our Pittie who was suffering from pancreatitis came was seen by the friendly staff. Again, you’re stressed as hell but the doc and staff made this a solid experience. Not every experience has a happy ending. This crew will be taking over primary vet care from here on out for all our animals.”

“My wife and I have been clients of Town & Country Animal Clinic in Olney for a few years and are so pleased with their excellent care and service. Yesterday, after much agonizing, we took our beloved Teddy (Wheaten Terrier - 14 years) for a consultation with Dr. Wilmot before having him put down. I called for an appointment yesterday morning and they were completely booked for the week but the very competent and caring lady on the phone (Christina, I believe) said she would check with the vets on duty and call me back, which she did a few minutes later. I arrived at 11:45 and put in a room with my dog until the vet came in and spent a lot of time speaking with me and my son before we collectively arrived at the decision to put him down. I am so grateful and appreciative for their caring service, from start to finish. Thank you!”

In this case, it is most certainly a positive one. Fox Chapel's staff are all extremely professional. When you walk through the doors, people are engaging and speak to you not just as a customer, but part of the family. A great business for me is one that believes in what they do and Fox Chapel doesn't just hit the mark, they far exceed it. From the administrative folks to the veterinarian, you can tell they care about your loved one(s) and aren't out to just make a buck. We came from a vet, that was a "med pumper" and I strongly believe our youngest one would still be with us today if we had found Fox Chapel sooner. They found some things with our eldest before it could've potentially led to a much worse outcome. I can't express enough how happy I am we switched and look forward to an amazing journey with our fur-baby guardians.”

“I really like this place so far. I had to come here a few more time before making a review so I could give more feedback. First off don't let the outside appearance stray you away from this place because at first it did to me. My friend recommended this place and I thought it was odd because it's an actual house. Haha. But this house is converted into a full animal hospital, which is super cool. There is a parking lot that can hold about 8 vehicles only but I never had an issue with parking because they schedule their appointments good enough where it's never too busy. You do have to call them before entering as well. Just a heads up. The staff? Is fabulous! They are so nice! There is a lady over the phone name Jenn that is so nice and helpful! There is a tech named Marcus that handled my dog Eevee so well! They take pet insurance here as well. They will charge you first and then you submit the bill to your insurance company to get the credit back. I will definitely continue to come here. Their prices are reasonable as well. I compared them to other places around Montgomery County and they beat most of their pricing. Glad my dog is in good hands!”
