“We were planning and organizing a material order for an eight foot high shadow box privacy fence. I went to the local Lowes to try to obtain the 560 1 x 6 pickets needed, but they were unable to get them even though there was stock at a Lowes Virginia store. J C at Dyson understood what I was looking for and suggested a 1x 6 pressure treated product that fit the bill and at a very fair price. He delivered as promised. This is a fine locally owned business that will earn your support.”
“Y'all have some great employees here who give awesome customer service! Had driven almost an hr here to get something that was said to be in stock online and they were out of stock but the employee was quick to fix the issue and left me happy to come back for anything else I need to buy. Lil note for the future when In doubt call ahead if you don't want to make the drive to find out it's out of stock.”
“Went into Lowe's to buy a couple of tool chests. Paul was very helpful. He had to obtain the items from the storage shelves above the sales shelves, which he did without a problem.
