“Incredibly friendly and supportive staff. Had a missing package of valuables...postmaster heard me out, took notes, hunted down the solution that same morning. But all the staff I've dealt with on various occasions, have all been great.”

24351 Mervell Dean Rd, Hollywood MD 20636
“This post office has the kindest, friendliest employees. They always help me with my returns and make everything as seamless as possible. When I had an issue with a home delivery I called them and it was addressed promptly. Our mail carrier even delivers to our side door now due to some packages being stolen a few months ago and since then we haven’t had any more issues! Keep up the great work USPS.”

“The ladies that work here are always so helpful and very nice. I'll usually go to this one if possible because they're so pleasant. They were amazing when we submitted paperwork for our passports!!”

“I really like this USPS store! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I've had a mailbox here for a while, and all of my packages have been safe and secure. The store is usually not too busy, which makes every visit quick and pleasant. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this location. My only suggestion would be to add a 24-hour package drop-off box near the mailbox area for added convenience. Overall, a great place with excellent customer service!”
