“About 2 weeks ago my son decided he wanted all new furniture. We went to Regency thinking we would look there and they try another place. Well, 4 hours later, he had picked out a beautiful bed, mattress and box springs and two new couches!! We never had to go anywhere else. The name of the Regency associate
that helped us is Jeana Ferdig.To just say she was helpful is an understatement. My son changed his mind 3 times!! She was patient, funny and oh so helpful. Half way through, we all needed a drink of water which she happily supplied for us. This was without a doubt one of the best experiences I have ever had spending money!! He loves all of it. The delivery men were awesome, they set everything up and took the empty cartons with them. Most important, Matt really liked Jeana. She answered all of our questions, and he asked a lot! We are going back to get some tables and things for his walls and we will go when she is there. She made a lasting impression on us as being very good at what she does and somehow keeps her sense of humor. All in all, it was a good experience and we are both glad we did not have to go anywhere else!!! Thank you.”
