We called Verizon with questions about international service and the military discount, and Curtis, the store manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He suggested we visit the store for hands-on support and recommended speaking with Aeon if Curtis wasn’t available.
In the store, Aeon provided exceptional service. While the military discount is technically available online, we had been unable to apply it successfully. Aeon guided us step-by-step, and with his help, we were finally able to complete the process. He also walked us through adding the Global Choice option for international service, making everything seamless and stress-free.
