Navy Federal Credit Union is a great bank in general, with friendly and professional staff. The drive thru and ATMs typically work well, and members rarely have to wait long in lines. However, some specific location ATMs have been down or unable to take deposits for a period of time. An issue was noted with the drive-thru ATM height being difficult for some vehicles. The credit union is praised for its high quality customer service, with staff described as nice, patient, and taking initiative. Members report being very glad to use this bank and have switched their business to it.
Very kind and compassionate staff. Nicole and two other staff members stayed after hours to assist with a timely transaction while providing reassurance and assistance throughout the entire process. Nicole was very knowledgeable and helped to guide me through each step.
