“Went in this evening and was promptly and politely addressed by Morgan. She is a very great example of a customer service representative! While also very fun and down to earth, she's incredible knowledgeable and, you can tell, passionate about the business and what she's selling. Endearing, kind, considerate and just an all around good person. She told me all about the chill culture in the shop as well as the newer business ventures the Vape Jungle is taking on, Kinetic. Her enthusiasm had me intrigued. I have made an account and will be returning! Give this hard working lady a raise! She totally deserves it. She's very good at what she's doing!”

“I absolutely love this store. I've been going here for years, but recently they've been closed all day on normal days of operation. I'm not sure what's going on, but it would be nice to be informed so that I know to go somewhere else. The service is great, but it seems as though they pick and choose what days they're closed, while on the door and on Google it says that they're supposed to be open. I've come by and there has been a note on the door stating that they'll be back in 15 minutes. I've seen complaints about that, but if there's only one person working the store (which there almost always is), they deserve a lunch break. My gripe is only that they're closed all day on a day when they're supposed to be open with no warning at all. A note on the door as a heads up would be nice. Aside from that, I have no complaints. They're knowledgeable and I trust them...just not to be open when I need them to be!”
