Staff cancelled our appointment without contacting us. Needless to say it caused a great deal of stress in our afternoon with all the juggling we did to get our rescue kittens there!

My experience was GREAT! The care that they gave prior to my visit was excellent (answered all my questions). When I arrived I was seen by the vet assistant and vet, they answered all my questions as well and made sure I was comfortable. Even the ladies at the front wanted to love on my pup. Overall great experience
