The team here is literally the best of the best! The owner is literally the nicest guy. Jackson is brilliant- really everyone there is brilliant. Fantastic service and a repair bill UNDER the estimate! I won't take my German vehicles anywhere else in Eldersburg. I especially appreciated the cell phone videos showing me exactly what the problem with the car was and the patient explanation with how the shop was going to proceed. Highly, highly recommend.
