This was my second experience. The first time round, a few years back, they did an excellent job on my Tesla M3. After their extensive repairs, the car was nearly as good as new.
This time, the insurance company ended up totaling the car. Unexpectedly hearing that ones car is totaled is never a pleasant experience and the whole process was new for me. Through all of this, appreciate how responsive everyone from the Collision Craft team was to help me understand their estimate, the future repair risks, and I believe arrive at the right decision. The team was incredible knowledgeable and patient.”

I didn't expect it to be 100% perfect, but he did a really great job at taking care of the damage AND at a reasonable price. “After driving around for over a year with a broken windshield (Safelite wanted $1300 and there was no way I was filing an insurance claim). My neighbor was getting theirs done so I walked over and asked the guys if they had a card. Long story short, they just finished their work, for less than half the price of EVERYONE else. Tyler and his partner were incredibly professional and friendly. Even Kathy (receptionist) was as friendly as you can get. It's 2025 and EVERYONE sucks these days. It was so nice to have a meaningful interaction with other humans lol. Anyways, if you are trying to get your windshield fixed, give these guys a call, they'll take care of you (the price they give you on the phone is EXACTLY what is charged).”

“I’ve driven by Caliber Collision on Race Road for over a decade and always wondered what went on back there. Unfortunately, after getting into a collision, I finally found out firsthand.
The team at Caliber Collision was incredibly nice and professional, especially Liz. She was very accommodating and gave me great advice when my insurance made a mistake with my claim. She also helped guide me on finding a shop that works on electric vehicles.
On top of that, she even allowed me to keep my vehicle on the lot for a few extra days while I sorted everything out. Excellent customer service and genuinely helpful people. I would totally recommend them!”
