“The problem I had was that there are too many companies that are involved, you have ALE doing one thing & from my experience they are not really proficient at what they do and after all that was done I get hit with an investigation, I tell you being homeless really sucks and if I found out about a third-party involvement I would be extremely mad, I lost everything and really what I got would never replace certain things that I lost, ie one of my cats, a friend of 10 plus years, my religion things, so . I am sorry but how it started working with All-State was fine ,but it ended bad”

During the January 9, 2024 Winter Storm to hit the east coast my business location was flooded which caused some water damage to the wood flooring base to my service truck. Actions from a person as Matthew displayed reflected he was more than just an agent, he had become something more resembling family. Within 3 weeks of submitting a claim for this storm damage, I was made whole only to proceed with repairs.
