“My wife replaced the credit card with a new one and she forget to update the new card with the insurance company for auto pay and after that we traveling abroad for two months and when we come back we get notice from MVA about the car is not insured I called the insurance company and they said because of the payment doesn’t go through for two months so they canceled the policy We tried to find any insurance company all of them give us a high price because we are not insured at this time , my coworker gave me Dave Wolf number and he said he will help me so I gave him a call. He is a very nice person very cooperative and after couple minutes he call me back Finding a good deal for me and I got insurance in the same day and paying less what I pay before ,I really recommend them.”

“I’ve been with Matthew Valcich and Allstate for many years insuring my business. Anytime I have ever had a question with any of my business vehicles Matthew has returned with a solution within hours if not sooner. Even throughout a busy day Matthew has at least touched base with me only to get back later with additional information allowing for a pleasant experience. During the January 9, 2024 Winter Storm to hit the east coast my business location was flooded which caused some water damage to the wood flooring base to my service truck. After logging this experience with photos, time line, Matthew was quick to offer instructions on how to get things moving for repairs too include follow ups making sure I was taken care of. Actions from a person as Matthew displayed reflected he was more than just an agent, he had become something more resembling family. Within 3 weeks of submitting a claim for this storm damage, I was made whole only to proceed with repairs. “The problem I had was that there are too many companies that are involved, you have ALE doing one thing & from my experience they are not really proficient at what they do and after all that was done I get hit with an investigation, I tell you being homeless really sucks and if I found out about a third-party involvement I would be extremely mad, I lost everything and really what I got would never replace certain things that I lost, ie one of my cats, a friend of 10 plus years, my religion things, so .
