“The problem I had was that there are too many companies that are involved, you have ALE doing one thing & from my experience they are not really proficient at what they do and after all that was done I get hit with an investigation, I tell you being homeless really sucks and if I found out about a third-party involvement I would be extremely mad, I lost everything and really what I got would never replace certain things that I lost, ie one of my cats, a friend of 10 plus years, my religion things, so . I am sorry but how it started working with All-State was fine ,but it ended bad”
“It was really great for the most pert, however my last conversation with a lady who answered the phone was very difficult. She was unfriendly and brash. I tried reasoning with her but it was her way or the highway. I did have a young man when I first transferred my account from my aunt to myself because it was willed to me in her estate. He did everything he could to assist me. I did not have all of the documents that were needed to complete the transfer and he gave me some time to locate them and called me back. It was a great experience and he was very kind. I hope that she can learn a few things from him.”

I was notified that I was facing litigation regarding a past accident, and then was ignored, shuffled, given false information, put on 30+ minute holds before being disconnected, and LOADS more for the following 12 days as I tried to get a single human to help me at State Farm. I finally walked into the Aliceanna location and Daniel immediately took up my case for me. He devoted days to continuously calling reps on my behalf — even staying 1+ hours past his shifts — until he found someone that would FINALLY kickstart the defense representation I was covered for. I made up my mind to leave State Farm after this experience — however, if I could exclusively deal with Daniel from now on, I may be convinced to change my mind. Can’t recommend enough!”
