“Wanted to check out the new location. Since it's early in the season for most plants and vegetables, the selection was limited, but new arrivals are coming every week. This location is bigger than the previous one in Severna Park, and it's closer to where I live, so that's an added bonus. I'm always satisfied with the plants that I buy. They also have a great selection of soil, fertilizers, and soil amendments available, a large selection of bird food and feeders, tools, yard decor, etc. Waiting for warmer weather to go back and see what else is available! Staff is friendly and helpful.”
“Helpful and knowledgeable staff. One big improvement needed: paint parking lines in lot. Customers park all over the place and when it’s busy the need for the lines is definitive.”
“We come here just about every weekend with our dog. My wife loves to pick out new plants and I get to pick out toys and treats for my dog. Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful, and they're always adding new things throughout while somehow managing to keep the entire place look organized despite all the constant changes. Having a coffee shop next-door is always a huge plus as well.”
“I stopped in looking for an organic potting soil mix, and although they were out at the time, I still had a great experience. Quincy, the store owner, took the time to show me around the beautifully decorated space and shared details about upcoming classes and events at the shop. The customer service was excellent- friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. The store itself is clean, warm, and inviting. I'll definitely be back and look forward to attending an event in the future! I ended up leaving with a philodendron, which I felt was appropriately priced for the size of the plant.”

“Stopped in to see if they sold gardenia bushes as I wanted one for Mother's Day. Not only did they have them, but they had a beautiful healthy selection. The staff was most gracious and knowledgeable. Got the plant home and it continues to thrive and bloom beautifully. Good selection, healthy plants, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I will certainly be back.”
“We purchased carpeting from this Home Depot store. Claudia made sure we were buying the carpeting that best met our needs.
When it came time for the installation we had a problem with the delivery of our carpeting. The store manager Paul got in touch with the installation crew on a Saturday morning and had them contact me to coordinate the installation. Paul then called me back to make sure the installers had contacted me. That's great customer service.”
“I was so bummed when i went to tool rental because Nae didn't assist me and walked away instead of saying she didn't know...but Scott came for the rescue and helped me and even apologized for the bad experience with Nae's unnecessary attitude...idk why she works there if she cant provide decent customer service”
“Mike Hill from plumbing is an asset to this store. He was easy to talk to and helped me confirm that the replacement part I was looking at was the one I needed. He answered my question and had a good sense of humor that is much needed when I'm feeling overwhelmed by all the projects I need to do with my home.

“I rented a pressure washer at this Home Depot today. It was a very pleasant experience. The employee that helped me was obviously a hard worker and very personable. I’ll be honest that this was quite possibly one of the best experiences I have ever had at any Home Depot or Lowe’s. I would definitely return here to rent more equipment.”

“The staff was very polite and helpful. Even though they didn't have the specific item I needed (staff member checked to see if it was in stock). Granted, the item that I wanted was more related to automotive than tools. That's not their specialty. I'm not really surprised they didn't have it. I would gladly go back to this store.
