I go out of my way to drive and get my cat’s meds from here but they also offer delivery for an extra charge which I can see being super convenient for those who live farther. “This Giant location is closest to my home and is currently undergoing a complete remodel. It's already looking a lot better, although right now it's a bit hard to shop because my knowledge of the store layout is limited. I always use self check-out and the woman who usually helps me is so nice. I appreciate how friendly she is. She has an accent, sounds like she's from the islands.”

I also especially like their bakery section. Not only are they stocked with yummy selections like seeded rye, sourdough, and challah, but there are enough that are also soy free which is a godsend for someone like me who has a child allergic to soy.”

I unfortunately have some chronic conditions that mean I have to go to the pharmacy multiple times per month and I have tried many places. The staff at Charlesmead in all positions are up and down fabulous. The nicest people who treat you like a human being. These days that’s so rare. I hope Charlesmead sticks around forever. “I went here with a compound prescription from my rheumatologist. The staff greeted me and gave me details about my prescription and why they needed to reach out to my physician. Ali explained how the time-table may work and that she would contact me the next day. Additionally, she provided her name and information for if I had any questions. The next day came and Ali called me. She had reached out to my practitioner, their team and another compound pharmacy to ensure I received what I needed. Ali outlined to me that the other pharmacy might provide what I needed quicker and she contacted them. She even offered to facilitate me getting my prescription recognizing the discomfort I was experiencing. If I could give 10 stars I would. It's a reminder there are so many reasons to be grateful. I felt respected, understood and the team here went ABOVE, BEYOND AND EVEN MORE.”

“lazarus ukwuoma , if you had great service and was fast then why 1 Star???? Anyway my story goes like this, I tried several pharmacies up there while I was staying at my sister's house because she lives there and no one would fill my prescriptions, so when I finally landed at Woodmore he was so nice to me and did not look at me crooked and made me feel at ease and did not treat me like a criminal for having a pn. script and DiD not make me feel like I was just another druggie,, like every pharmacy I went to in Dundalk and Pikesville-- I meen come on what in the hell is wrong in the entire area up there??? Well just like that he was thorough woth my info and filled my prescriptions very quickly as usual... I went there a couple more times but I haven't been up there in a while, I'd very much really recommend this place. Oh, and five stars it has from me. don't mean to start a debate, I know there are problems, but I have issues that do need to be met and I feel like everybody is trying to take my right away to be the best I can be as I can! There are people trying to take that away and I feel like if you trying to take it away why is this stuff on the shelves????? It's bad enough when sometimes my family has to see me not at my best, but if they were to have to see me in bed 24 hours a day crying complaining depression then maybe major depression, severe depression I've been through it for over a year once, I don't want to tell people what I was thinking, those are my thoughts, but I will tell you this I will only hope and pray as I do every day that this series of things that has happened to me does not happen to you, and then you turn out to not have any help that is definitely necessary either. Thank you Woodmore!”
