But just in case -- the main gentleman working at this location on the weekday afternoon/evenings is SO great and helpful that I go out of my way to come to this one. I have probably been here about 10-15 times total, and always the same guy. Very patient, very clear with answers/options/solutions, knows what he's doing, and actually makes your day go smoother. I can't think of another post office that runs like that.Down-sides - It's a smaller location, so product selection is limited and sometimes there's a longer wait. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be confusing.”

A breath of fresh air after Bedford and Mount Washington - which are both complete jokes. 2.2 Star on those for a reason - Cancellations without even contacting us. Showed up with Newborn and toddler to be told it was cancelled - RIDICULOUS! Stevenson was great! thank you!”

“As a long time resident, this Post Office is consistently one of the best in Baltimore. They are often understaffed and thus have many temps, but the regular personnel are caring & hardworking. The most common thing among the staff I have known is that they often get promoted to new positions elsewhere. I recently had 2 pkgs mis-delivered by a temp, but my regular carrier & his supervisor tracked them both down from a random house in the neighborhood in less than 30min. That is how knowledgeable and dedicated they are!”

To my mind, they go out of their way to be helpful, polite and efficient. It is not their fault if the post office is understaffed. “I purchased a shoe online on 1/19/24 , didn’t realize that it would be coming from overseas, i was able to track it from overseas to JFK to USPS distribution center in new york , track it leaving new york on 1/29/24 to baltimore, arrived Baltimore Distribution center on 1/30/24 , came home from work on 1/31/24 @ 5:00 pm my package was at my front door . “I absolutely hate this post office. You can never reach anyone by phone and they are so nasty in person. However, I'd love to talk to a manager because my mail lady needs some serious recognition for her honesty and great attitude! She is always friendly and happy even in extreme weather. What she did today, made me realize there are still good honest hardworking people in this world. I'm not sure if any companies, especially the postal service, care about these types of things but if so please respond to this review so I can give my feedback”

“I have had mainly good experiences at this post office . My mail gets to its destination amazingly fast (especially considering that this is not Baltimore’s main post office) and the wait time for service is usually a short one.And the most pleasant and personable postal clerk works at this branch. Good customer service is spelled K-E-N-D-R-A. She is patient, communicates clearly and makes me feel appreciated as a customer. She bumps this four star branch to five stars for me.”

“Close this post office already, because whether they will be open the hours that are stated is anybody’s guess. This is the only post that I have ever been to, that is not open during their normal business hours. It’s nothing more frustrating than planning your day that includes a trip to this post office and it is closed, especially if you rely on mobility bus services for transportation. If you call customer service for their hours of operation they will tell you that they should be open. A kiosk would be better than this, there’s never a sign posted explaining the situation. Why do this happens only at this post office? I understand that some situations can’t be avoided, but this is a continuous problem.Update: They have definitely improved on being opened at the times that are posted, which makes things a lot better. The customer service has always been good, employees are pleasant and helpful. I just hope that they continue being opened during their business hours.”

“We had were blessed with amazing support and service from Tammy, who took us in after a horrible experience being cancelled at Pikesville for our passport appointment. Tammy was working alone with a full line of customers. She kept everyone in good spirits and move quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful to everyone who waited patiently for us to complete our application.Pikesville post office Olivia cancelled us 30 minutes ahead of our appointment. We arrived on time, hadn’t heard the voicemail.There were 4 people in line and 2 postal workers. And she sent us to security where they have walk in passports service. They do this regularly as we have been finding out. The people at security should not have to pick up slack for the laziness of the Pikesville postal workers. Unacceptable!!”

“First - this is the most trustworthy post office in Baltimore. When I drop off slim packages in the drop box out front - I trust they will be scanned and not stolen. I know that's a low bar for 5 stars but hey it's Baltimore, it doesn't take much to impress us.Second - Darlene is not that bad. If you think Darlene is bad, you don't know what bad is. Like I said, stealing is the norm at some offices. I trust her completely with my mail, and that's all I really want at the end of the day. Her being extremely blunt is better than raising her voice - or flat out refusing to cooperate, which I've seen happen at other locations.Third - there is a cool mural to look at inside. I've noticed a lack of diversity and inclusion in the vignettes - but you can't have it all in life. At least there is art.The only thing that sucks about this location is the parking. It's almost impossible to park around lunch time.This is a good post office and we need to appreciate locations that still function.”
“I had an amazing experience at this US Postal location. I read reviews prior to arriving and was hesitant as they had pretty low reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I had such a wonderful experience. I had my passport appointment @ 1:00PM. At 1:00PM I was seen and completed my appointment. Mr. Brooks provided exceptional customer service and processed my application in a timely fashion. He was so knowledgeable about the process and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this location.”
