“My shepherd had severe hot spots and skin irritation from normal pedigree dog food ya get at the grocery store. I was at this Tractor Supply in Lothian, and noticed the large selection of animal food that I had no idea was there. Their sales associate, Kevin Steinbauer saw I looked puzzled and asked to be of help. I explained my dog's skin issues and Kevin immediately knew he has seen this many times, while suggesting i try 4 Health brand they carry. After several weeks of this food, the bag is empty, my dog's skin has cleared up and I now need to head back to Tractor Supply for another.... Great service from knowledgeable employees makes for a great shopping experience.”

I had been waiting for over an hour before I asked for a manager and he was helpful, professional and even walked down with me to check out once I completed my return to ensure that process went smoothly. What started out as a disappointing interaction with Home Depot staff turned positive due to Hayden’s assistance. “Somewhat amazed that the variety of household repair items they have in stock ready for purchase. Like being able to search inventory on price online and seeing exactly which aisle and Bay I can find what I'm going there for. Typical guy, I have a shopping list, I get in I want to get it and get out. Don't like women who will go into a department store to buy a scarf and 6 hours later she's there, a size two, wandering through the plus size dresses touching and looking at everything.”

“No issues with this store. They have a good stock of items you might need. I like their garden center in the warmer weather. Their app is also good as you can buy online and pick up, scan to see prices in store, and earn rewards which give you $5 off. If you need to spend the money anyway, why not get some back.”
