Visited the Lothian location at 9.29am on 8/24/25 to do a return. Worst custer service from the lady at the checkout. So sad. Never experienced this before at any other Tractor Supply.

My shepherd had severe hot spots and skin irritation from normal pedigree dog food ya get at the grocery store. I was at this Tractor Supply in Lothian, and noticed the large selection of animal food that I had no idea was there. Their sales associate, Kevin Steinbauer saw I looked puzzled and asked to be of help. I explained my dog's skin issues and Kevin immediately knew he has seen this many times, while suggesting i try 4 Health brand they carry. After several weeks of this food, the bag is empty, my dog's skin has cleared up and I now need to head back to Tractor Supply for another.... Great service from knowledgeable employees makes for a great shopping experience.

One of the worst locations. Constantly disorganized and no idea what's in stock and what's not.
Also, don't try calling - this location picks up the phone and hangs up immediately. Apparently customers are too much hassle.

The store is cool but Pet ID- who the company contracts with for pet vet services is one of the worst Ive dealt with. Pet ID customer service is horrible and no one ever answers the phone (today I was on hold for over 30min). I placed an order to refill my pet’s dosage and it’s been pending for two weeks- no notice, no update- nothing. It’s funny how quickly this service snatched up my money but I cant get a hold of anyone to provide adequate service. If Tractor Supply offers another company for flea and tick meds I will never deal with this service again. Slow turnaround and no response from support team is insane.

I love going to this tractor supply the employees and associates. There are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I get my hunting, lights for my truck, and other things there they have it all.

It turned out that Dani was a really kind cashier. To modify my gas can, they had the High-Flow EZ Pour Spout that I was looking for.

Everyone was nice but they lied to me about the lawn mower I bought. Told me it was returned because the guy bought it then got transferred. Brand new riding lawnmower can’t even go up a bunny hill. Went in to ask for help found out it was returned because it was Fubar. One of their good old boys got it running but is a complete lemon. Never going here again.

These fine folks tried to sell me items they don't actually have. Took my money, cancelled the order behind my back, said so sorry here's your money back.
The website says the store has stovepipe, so I went to the store and said I'd like some. They said you have to do it online. So I went online and placed an order. Next morning I get an email saying your order's been cancelled. Call the store, they say call customer service. Customer service computer takes forever to reach an actual person, who says nope - can't sell you stovepipe as it's seasonal and packed away for the summer.
The third agent I talked to managed to figure out a way to ship direct to my home, but this ordeal was two hours of frustration and I still have to call my bank and sort out the correct charges.
TLDR: Don't ever order anything from these people. TSC is a good place to shop but if it's not *right there in the store*, forget about it.

Pretty decent place. Tend to have items in stock, inventory count via the app seems to be spot on. Have never had any real problems with anyone there. Everybody always seems to be friendly and helpful.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service by everyone especially Jacob who went out of his way to help find a product I was interested in. He even rang me up and put it in my vehicle. Definitely the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Many thanks.
