Thankfully Brandon one of the managers came to help her and he was great and had the patience to explain to the lady what was happening. Sometimes for one not good person the whole company takes the fall, so I’m here to say, good on the good employees!”

Please go back and program your online bots to respond to humans in a humane way. I requested a customer service representative and it basically hung up on me twice.”
