He got my 5G box sorted out when the online system failed, and even set me up with a great Netflix/HBO bundle and Best Buy discount I didn't even know existed. I’ve been with the company for 11 years and love the service and international travel perks, but stellar in-store customer service like this is rare. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly with my issues, very patient. She doesn’t pass you off to customer support unless she has totally exhausted all her options in store.
