“LaQanda fixed my SIM card issue when a different Verizon store said it couldn’t be fixed! She actually cared about solving my issue, not simply pushing a new phone on me. I cancelled my order at the other store and placed it with her instead, and she made the whole process painless.”

“Outstanding Verizon Service! Exceptional Service from Curtis and Aeon at Verizon! ⭐ We called Verizon with questions about international service and the military discount, and Curtis, the store manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He suggested we visit the store for hands-on support and recommended speaking with Aeon if Curtis wasn’t available. In the store, Aeon provided exceptional service. While the military discount is technically available online, we had been unable to apply it successfully. Aeon guided us step-by-step, and with his help, we were finally able to complete the process. He also walked us through adding the Global Choice option for international service, making everything seamless and stress-free. From the phone call to the in-store experience, Verizon’s team exceeded all expectations. Curtis and Aeon delivered expert, thoughtful service, and we are incredibly grateful for their support.”
