“this ATM is an envelope-free ATM, which means you can deposit checks and cash directly into this baby and it immediately adds it to your account, no lag time involved. when i made the [bike] trip to this ATM, I wasn't sure if this ATM had been fully converted to a wells fargo ATM, or if it had the capability to accept cash and check deposits. luckily my trip was rewarded!”

“Came for the first time when I found out from a friend that they were offering a Saint Patrick's Day special: Corned beef and cabbage! I had to come, so we grabbed it to-go (this was during the COVID-19 shutdown) and took it to the park to eat a very nice, socially distanced dinner with a friend. The corned beef was really good and the cabbage was honestly better than a lot of other places I've had. What really did it for me was despite them hurting for money with the shutdown, we were greeted with hospitality and warmth. I'm going to have to come back once they're open again, so I can get the full experience of the Mount Vernon Stable!”

“Tamika at Towson is the best of the best for customer service. I have been using a cane because of foot surgery and I asked if I could push the shopping cart out to the mall door. It was difficult carrying a shopping bag with the cane. Tamika immediately said that an alarm would go off if I took the cart out of Nordstrom. She then , also immediately , offered to come with me and bring the cart back to the store. I have not seen customer service like this for a long time. Tamika made today a wonderful experience. Kudos to her and to the Nordstrom management for having such fine employees.”

The PNC bank has always leaned over backward to be helpful and friendly. They have gone out of their way to point out how I can take advantage of various products that they offer so that I could save money and earn more interest. I have banked with them ever since Mercantile closed here in Baltimore several years ago.”

“This location has a walk up and a drive thru ATM. It's a pretty open area but if you're using this at night, make sure to have someone with you. Also, it's been known to run out of money on the weekends and the beginning of the month.”

“The customer service was outstanding. I left one Wells Fargo branch that had no respect for my time. To arrive at another that treated me spectacularly. Made up for the other Branch’s disorganized, inconsiderate treatment.Matthew Coleman was so wonderful. Not only was he sensitive to my time, he made sure I understood the process. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it as part of our communication. I understood everything. I will never go to another branch. BTW I had to wire $ for a closing and took off work to do it.Highly recommend”
“I grocery shop for my grandmother here and have always had a good experience! Since it switched over to shoppers it's brighter and seems to have more brands. The store is clean and the self checkout doesn't give me any issues. The staff are always helpful when I ask where certain things are and it's always easy to find someone to ask for help. They always have good deals as well! The quality of the food is good- the produce is fresh- they have a big kosher section as well The parking lot is well lit”
