“Tamika at Towson is the best of the best for customer service. I have been using a cane because of foot surgery and I asked if I could push the shopping cart out to the mall door. It was difficult carrying a shopping bag with the cane. Tamika immediately said that an alarm would go off if I took the cart out of Nordstrom. She then , also immediately , offered to come with me and bring the cart back to the store. I have not seen customer service like this for a long time. Tamika made today a wonderful experience. Kudos to her and to the Nordstrom management for having such fine employees.”

“This location has a walk up and a drive thru ATM. It's a pretty open area but if you're using this at night, make sure to have someone with you. Also, it's been known to run out of money on the weekends and the beginning of the month.”
