One of the better Lowes in the Baltimore region. Good customer service, but at times you can be waiting for 20+ minutes for help. Mostly everything is self checkout now, so don't expect help at the checkout.

My first visit to this location was a positive experience. I went to pick up an online order and customer service at the desk was excellent. As I entered the location I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee as I asked him was I in the correct area to pick up my order. I would shop there again.

Lowes in Cockeysville has my business. I went into the store to buy a toilet, the customer service rep, Patrick, was nice as could be. He went out of his way to help me get it off the floor and put it in my car. Thanks Patrick, great customer service!
