“One of the better Lowes in the Baltimore region. Good customer service, but at times you can be waiting for 20+ minutes for help. Mostly everything is self checkout now, so don't expect help at the checkout.”

“I had 88 sheetrock delivery and I paid to have them placed into house. The labor told me they don't go up no more than 2 steps. I told him this is Baltimore how many houses only 2 steps. Called HD upset talk to Tamika customer service. She understood and helped me. 5 Stars due to her only”
