Went in today to rent a uhaul ,Kathy was very helpful. I would def recommend this location. She offered water and helped me with directions . Customer service top tier .. thanks for all your help !!

The staff and facility at the Timonium location are????? five star. The reason I gave 4 star overall rating is the company's web site. Very difficult and tedious to conduct business with.
