As a college student (who has a crazy amount of stuff) having a service that was open late while I was in the middle of move out and so accommodating was amazing! Every worker I’ve spoken too or interacted with since having my locker has been kind and very understanding about any questions or concerns I had. They really make you feel safe and secure about having your items here! Huge shoutout to PJ and the gentlemen who helped me a month ago when I moved in! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Ron has changed the culture @ Extra Space ever since the “vindictive lady won’t say any names (Kamila) who pretended to be nice) left. Side note: “ I honestly used to be afraid coming to my unit, majority times, waiting til after 6pm just so I wouldn’t run into her.
But once Ron took over, I promise you the tenants became more comfortable and Happier because we all had a group chat and would update each other on gate being locked during company hours or something wrong with individual tenants.
Anyway, RON & Travis has been ALL-STARS ?& an exponential improvement ?”
“I called today and spoke with Gregory about rental space. He was very pleasant and very helpful. I went there in person and met Lauretta and she was great. She showed me and my mom different storage spaces until I found the perfect one. Gregory and Lauretta had outstanding customer service. I told him about his reviews and had to come see for myself and I'm glad I did. Thank you Gregory and Lauretta.”
“The staff is nice and i never have a problem with getting in touch with someone. The facility is very nice & is always clean. I also love the way the gates work, with the app! My only complaint is the price increase. That is why I’m giving 4 stars. My rate increased way too much over the almost 3 years I’ve been renting the unit. it’s been the same unit the entire time, so I’m not sure why they chose to raise it over $50 a month. You would think since I’ve been giving my money for 3 years, they would give you a month for free or something. Not over charge you, but I Digress. I would recommend this facility definitely, just keep in mind they raise the price over time!”

“We had a great experience with a complicated move using Orly. We were downsizing from a place where we had lived for 30 years—we had Orly do much of the packing. Then we sent several rooms of furniture to our each of our kids (including one in Colorado) and put the remainder in storage for a few months, until our new lease started. Liz in the office handled the details efficiently and proactively. And the guys who moved the furniture were wonderful (from our house to 3 different places, including storage, and then from storage to our apartment). They treated our things like they owned them. They were extremely careful and efficient. We were very impressed and recommend Orly highly.”

The location was easy to find, the property felt organized, and the access hours made it easier to work around my schedule. Overall, it felt like a reliable place for short-term or longer storage needs.”
