She was fun and interested and extremely helpful. Brent came and looked at the job of carpeting the stairs at our house, and he was just fabulous, and his estimate was very fair. Then, the day came for installation, and I believe our installer's name was Kevin, and he was awesome! He was hard-working, knowledgeable, skillful, kind, and friendly.
