“We love this High's store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They will even go out of their way to prepare tartar sauce for you when they run out! Grace always has a smile even though I always ask her to make me a fish sandwich on the fly. Shaun is the best manager I have seen in a very long time. He and his crew are always happy, friendly, and eager to make your experience there great. I love the people here most cause they show how every business should work as a team. “I must say this crew does a wonderful job. Living in owings mills, we have several Royal Farms locations.....and they all stink. Either burned or neglected hot food area. This location has a great hotbox display. MY ONLY GRIPE IS. I spend $11 for a chicken tender meal and they give me 4 potato wedges. I mean, really? You can do better Royal Farm.”

“The cashier was very irritable and made it very well known that he needed sleep and was overworked. Made a couple customers uncomfortable while we were there by aggressively slamming stuff around. One lady even tried to de-escalate the situation by saying "it'll be alright, relax and calm down" and he fired back saying "it'll be alright when I get some sleep" without apologizing for his aggression or attitude....However, my complaint isn't aimed at the cashier, it's aimed at management. This guy was working by himself on Labor Day, a holiday. There should have been 2 workers . If the manager only scheduled one employee for a holiday then its the managers fault for stretching the labor cost....If one of the workers called off than its management's responsibility to bring in a replacement. If the manager can't find a replacement, then they should get their butt in there and work the shift.Disgruntled employees on the sales floor can make customers uncomfortable.”

They have slot machines in the store (we don’t use them but a lot of people do). We’ve been gong here for about 4 years it’s the closest to us and I recommend it.”

“Love Wawa, best coffee hands down. Food made while you wait. Subs are good and hot dishes. I go there to get fuel and usually grab a coffee and something to eat. The staff is great. Always some one at the register, that is a big plus for me. I hate checking myself out. I know others may like that but it is enough to make me shop elsewhere. They still brew their coffee as opposed to some sort of computer machine. The price is good as well. I like coffee it is not a chemistry experiment. The soft pretzel is awesome. Buy it take it home microwave it eat it. Doesn't cost a fortune either. I have nothing bad to say about Wawa. I stop here more than any other place just due to the Great products and excellent service. You can be proud of your store. Thank youParking: You can place an order park and text the door number and they will bring it to you. I do not use this option I prefer to go in and get what I want as I never know what I want. But I can look at the options and decide.”
