“WOW!!! It’s by complete chance that I was watching TV and saw a commercial for CarGurus! I had been searching for a used Mini Cooper for MONTHS; and between three local (and one very distant) Mini Cooper dealers, I couldn’t find what I wanted. I gave CarGurus a shot; and there was Manchester Motors. I had never even heard of Manchester, Maryland; but I’m so happy I looked. They had exactly the Mini Cooper I wanted that several Mini Cooper Dealerships, CarMax, and Carvana did not. And Manchester Motors … DOUBLE WOW!!!! Lots of businesses say they don’t B.S.; but Manchester Motors is serious! It was a straight-up deal. Kenny Swedo is a FANTASTIC sales representative. He values client relations. He knew I didn’t have time to mess around; and he got me in and out in a flash – no hassle; no silly “I have to talk to my manager” or “There are a lot of people looking at this model, so don’t wait” sales games or pressure. Kenny is GREAT; and I’m a Happy Customer! Manchester Motors is an hour’s drive from me; but they’re the first place I’m looking the next time someone in my family needs a car.”

“Pleasant experience . We got a nice deal for a solid vehicle with low miles . The salesman was upfront . The backend tags , and registration (still awaiting title ) took a while to arrive . I went over my temp tag dates , but that was more likely to do with COVID backlogging the MVA from what I hear . Overall , not a bad place to find a solid vehicle for a good price .”
